Background
The Tulsa District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this solicitation for services at Skiatook and Birch Lake, Oklahoma. The mission of the Corps is to provide vital public engineering services in peace and war to strengthen the nation's security, energize the economy, and reduce risks from disasters. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of government facilities through various service tasks.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of services including:
1. Mowing public use areas, dam embankments, project office complexes, and other unimproved areas on project lands.
2. Janitorial services at the Skiatook Project Office complex.
3. Cleaning park facilities which includes toilets, picnic/camping sites, grounds-keeping, refuse collection and disposal, as well as vault pumping of vaults and septic tanks.
4. Application of herbicides as necessary.
5. The contractor must ensure that all personnel are experienced and demonstrate proficiency in their respective tasks, with a designated on-site Project Manager overseeing operations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be defined in the awarded contract but will encompass multiple months or years as required by the scope of work.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Skiatook and Birch Lake facilities in Oklahoma.
