Dear Prospective Bidders:

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a price proposal for providing Wallpaper removal and Interior Painting Services for the offices and real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government for the U.S. Embassy in Ankara.

Your quotation must be submitted by e-mail to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov on or before 1600 hours on May 22nd, 2025. No quotation will be accepted after this date.

Background
The Embassy of the United States of America is seeking proposals for Wallpaper Removal and Interior Painting Services for its offices and properties managed by the U.S. Government in Ankara, Türkiye. The goal of this contract is to maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of the embassy's facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for wallpaper removal and interior painting services. Specific tasks include:

1. Removing existing wallpaper from designated areas.
2. Preparing surfaces for painting, which includes repair work but does not require plastering of ceilings.
3. Painting interior walls as per specifications provided in the Statement of Work (SOW).
4. The contractor must also remove curtains prior to painting and ensure they are stored properly in a bag.

Work is permitted on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no work allowed on Sundays.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Türkiye.
