Description

Perform the tear down, and evaluation, and repair services to return three (3) refurbished double-sided Automotive Vehicle Rotary Lifts back to functional operating conditions.

SPOA10N1500 -- Rotary Lift/ Double-sided automotive vehicle lifts -- 3 ea

Background
The 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, GA, is seeking a contractor to provide repair services for three double-sided Automotive Vehicle Rotary Lifts. The goal of this contract is to return these lifts to functional operating conditions, ensuring they meet OEM specifications.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, travel, tools, and services necessary for the tear down, evaluation, and repair of three refurbished double-sided Automotive Vehicle Rotary Lifts. The tasks include:

1. Tear Down and Evaluation (T&E): Schedule T&E services within 5 business days post-award. Certified installers will evaluate the lifts and provide a list of required repair parts. This phase is estimated to take no longer than 5 days.

2. Repair Services: Upon identifying needed parts, the Contractor must prepare a work request before installation. All replacement parts must be new OEM compatible components that meet or exceed OEM specifications. An invoice for parts and repairs will be submitted.

3. Acceptance Testing: After repairs are completed, the Contractor will conduct a functional test of the lifts to ensure proper operation according to OEM specifications, with Government Representatives observing the tests.

4. Documentation: Provide one paper copy and one electronic copy of the Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) manual(s), including technical information and maintenance instructions.

Period of Performance
The contract work shall be completed within 60 days after the contract award date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on-site at Warner Robins Air Logistic Complex in Building 185 at Robins Air Force Base, GA.
