1.1. SCOPE OF WORK

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) requires a contractor to perform the replacement of the existing Condensing Units as well as the Air Handling Units AHU's. HVAC systems and equipment at the Sioux City 230 Substation. The required services, as described further in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) include but are not limited to the following: Update and replace the existing Trane heating and air-conditioning equipment. Complete installation including removal and haul away of the existing equipment.

Work Details
