SIOP Northeast Regional IDIQ   3

Background
The solicitation is for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for architect-engineer services primarily in the Northeast region of the United States, in support of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) and other programs under the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic (NAVFAC LANT). The contract may also include work worldwide. The contract will be awarded based on the demonstrated competence and qualifications of the firm, as per the market research study conducted by NAVFAC Atlantic.

Work Details
The contract will involve multi-discipline architect-engineer services for waterfront facilities located throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Area of Operations. The services will be procured under 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by Subpart 36.6. The contract will have a base period of one year and four one-year option periods, with a total fee not exceeding $150,000,000.
The services to be performed include design and engineering services specific to the geology and construction methods of the Northeast region, such as Military Construction project documentation, technical surveys and reports, construction cost estimates, program management services, and criteria development and updates for facilities primarily in the Northeast region of the CONUS.

Period of Performance
The estimated start date for the contract is March 2025. The contract will have a base period of one year and four one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract primarily covers locations in the Northeast region of the CONUS but may also include work worldwide.
