SIOP Mid-Atlantic Regional IDIQ   3

Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (AE) services primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. The contract is in support of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) and other programs under the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Atlantic.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing design and engineering services specific to the geology and construction methods of the Mid-Atlantic region, including Military Construction (MILCON) project documentation, design charrettes, technical surveys and reports, construction cost estimates, program management services, and criteria development for facilities primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. The contractor may also be tasked to provide services to any NAVFAC command, DOD activity, or other Federal agency activities worldwide.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract will have a base period of one year and four one-year option periods if exercised. The estimated start date is March 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region of the Continental United States but may also include work worldwide.
