Background
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), CW Bill Young Cell Transplantation Program’s (CWBYCTP), is seeking a contractor to establish and maintain a system for health care professionals and physicians searching on behalf of patients. This system will allow them to search electronically for cells derived from adult bone marrow donors and cord blood units (CBUs) through a single point of access. The contractor will also support coordination activities for bone marrow and cord blood donation and transplantation.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, material, facilities, services, and equipment as needed to perform the Performance Work Statement. The work includes establishing and maintaining a system for health care professionals and physicians to search electronically for cells derived from adult bone marrow donors and cord blood units through a single point of access. The contract also involves support coordination activities for bone marrow and cord blood donation and transplantation. The period of performance shall be a base period of twelve months with four twelve-month option periods. The contractor shall ensure all products and services delivered under this contract are compliant with HHS Section 508 requirements.

Base period: September 27, 2022 – September 26, 2023; Option Periods: September 27, 2023 – September 26, 2024; September 27, 2024 – September 26, 2025; September 27, 2025 – September 26, 2026; September 27, 2026 – September 26, 2027
