Posted July 27, 2023 - Amendment No. 2: The purpose of Amendment No. 2 is to 1) extend the proposal submission deadline to August 25, 2023, 2) extend the deadline for receipt of questions to August 4, 2023, and 3) to provide clarifications to the solicitation. See attached Amendment No. 2 for additional details.
