SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION OF BASE ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS II (SABER II) THE
GOVERNMENT REQUIRES PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THESE DOCUMENTS
Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, design and personnel necessary to plan, design,
manage and perform all work required by this IDIQ contract for SABER at Robins AFB GA in strict accordance
with contract documents. Individual delivery orders will be written in support of real property maintenance,
repair, alteration and /or new construction at Robins AFB GA. This is a competitive 8(a) Small Business setaside.
This is a competitive 8(a) Set Aside Acquisition restricted to 8(a) firms in Region IV(Alabama, Georgia,
Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky,North Carolina, and South Carolina) registered with the Small
Business Administration for NAICS Code 236220. See section B for site visit information. Please ensure your
complete bid is received NLT the time specified in this solicitation. See Section B for Bid Opening Instructions.
Ensure your bid contains: Demonstration Project Attachment Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, signed SF 1442, and
acknowledge any amendments if applicable.
