The project is located in the Amador Ranger District of the Eldorado National Forest, Amador County, California, in Section T10 N R17 E. It is located approximately 36 miles Northeast of Pioneer, California. The project may be accessed from Highway 88.

Background
The solicitation is for a construction project at the Amador Ranger District of the Eldorado National Forest, Amador County, California. The project involves reconstructing multiple campsite spurs and living areas of Silver Lake Campground East, as well as repairing damage to the driveway entrance. The existing restrooms, potable water, and utilities are to remain, as designated. The project location is approximately 36 miles Northeast of Pioneer, California and may be accessed from Highway 88.

Work Details
The project consists of demolishing 42 unimproved spurs, reconstructing 32 unimproved camping spurs and living areas, and reconstructing approximately 105 feet of asphalt driveway entrance. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for constructing 4 speed bumps. The magnitude of the construction project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
The work also includes various tasks such as construction staking, signs relocation, site preparation and grading, installation of furnishings/unit markers, riprap construction, pavement marking, tree removal, bollard removal, pulverizing existing spur pavement, asphalt overlay, and pavement marking for accessible parking symbol.

The construction projects will be performed at the Amador Ranger District of the Eldorado National Forest in Amador County, California.
