Silver Reclamation Amendment 0004   2

The Contractor shall provide all facilities, equipment, materials, and labor to process the silver-bearing materials from expended silver-zinc and Silver Chloride batteries and refine the same to 99.9% purity. The contractor shall dispose of the battery waste in accordance with local, state, and Federal environmental laws and regulations. The Contractor shall obtain, and maintain current throughout the contract period of performance, all required permits, certifications and/or licenses required by any federal, state, or local authorities to be able to accept, transport, store, process and refine silver-bearing materials.
