Silver City Fire Cache Wearhouse Tent Rental   2

Background
The Gila National Forest has a requirement to rent a square tubing 120’ X 100’ structural tent, that will house incident support and fire supplies. The structure will require access from more than one side, as inventory will be coming in and returning back to be cleaned and restocked for later use. The result of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to do so.

Work Details
The structural tent will be erected in the Center of a dirt lot, north of the Fire Cache entry gate at Silver City Fire Cache 158 Airport Road, Hurley, NM. It should be grounded and secured in its place, due to strong winds. Once secured, side panels will need to be installed, with openings located as directed. It should be secure enough to stand without safety issues for the duration of the 90-day rental or as needed.
This Structural Tent will house fire supplies brought in to support Type I, II and III Incident Management Teams as well as supplies returning from Incidents. The tent structure will serve as an extended warehouse for storage of supplies and serve as a staging area for inventory returning from Incidents.
