Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the renewal of Siemens NX/Teamcenter software maintenance. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside and is based on a Brand Name Specification for Siemens software, with no substitutions allowed.

The goal of this contract is to ensure software security and technical integrity for the Navy's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Renewal of NX/Teamcenter Software Maintenance as per Required Specifications (Attachment 1).
2. The CLIN structure includes:
- CLIN 0001 - NX/Teamcenter Software Maintenance Renewal, Quantity: 1, Period of Performance: 01DEC2024 – 30NOV2025.

The contractor must quote Siemens PLM name items that meet the required specifications and provide detailed specifications with the quote. Proof of Authorized Reseller Status is required, and all items must be new products; gray market items will not be accepted. If the delivered hardware/software is not new or does not meet specifications, the Government reserves the right to terminate for cause.
