Description

The contractor shall perform services on the Siemens Energy Management Control System (EMCS) consisting of: Firmware Updates, Software Updates, Graphics Updates, Automation Controls Analysis & Optimization, Emergency On-line Response and Emergency On-site Response for system/component maintenance. This service is for the Siemens EMCS systems on SAFB and includes buildings: 15, 24, 26, 220, 406, 410, 411, 412, 508, 600, 712, 715 and 780.

This is a sources sought only for additional vendors. This is expected to be a sole source to SIEMENS.

Background
The solicitation is for Siemens EMCS Support Services at Schriever AFB. The contractor is expected to perform services on the Siemens Energy Management Control System (EMCS) consisting of firmware updates, software updates, graphics updates, automation controls analysis & optimization, emergency on-line response, and emergency on-site response for system/component maintenance. The service is expected to be a sole source to SIEMENS.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform various tasks including firmware updates, software updates, graphics updates, automation controls analysis & optimization, emergency on-line response, and emergency on-site response for the Siemens EMCS. The contractor shall also provide support via work orders funded, negotiated and approved by the CO. Additionally, the contractor shall designate prime and alternate Program Managers and provide their contact information to 50 CES/CEOS and the CO. The contractor shall also provide customer support/operator training for a total of 208 hours per year. Work orders may be used to support the Siemens-EMCS upon request from 50 CES/CEOS and a CO determination of scope and other factors at the time of the request.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Schriever AFB.
