Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) Solution Operation & Maintenance

ODA will require O&M, technical assistance, and analytical support on the SVOG grant system on a Salesforce platform. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide O&M Services to the current SVOG grant system on a Salesforce platform. The Contractor will be expected to operate and maintain, business process re-engineering and other relevant services to include Information Technology (IT) platform (hotfixes and minor system changes), and optional service for Task 6-Transition Plan that aid in the IT system monitoring and support for ODA SVOG grant system on a Salesforce platform.
