The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision, and transportation necessary for the delivery of shredded black dirt to Fort McCoy in accordance with the specifications and all solicitation documents including all referenced documentation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
