Background
Regional Contracting Office Parris Island is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide Power Source and Shower Trailers in support of Hurricane evacuation efforts. The Marine Corps Recruit Training Depot is executing Emergency Hurricane Evacuation planning and operations to support the movement of 6,500 recruits to a safe haven location. The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this product requirement. MCRDPI is looking for up to 162 Shower Trailers to include service and cleaning once a day, gray/black water removal, and estimated Hurricane Season from 1 June 2023 through 30 November 2023. There is not a defined requirement yet and this Sources Sought is for market research and information purposes only. The government reserves the right to issue multiple contracts for this requirement.

Work Details
The requirement is for a firm-fixed price type contract for leasing of shower trailers, gray water removal, and any power source needed for operations. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supply, and transportation required to fulfill this requirement. Technical requirements include providing shower trailers ready for use throughout the duration of the contract period of performance, servicing/cleaning at least one time per day, supplying with a power source, cleaning solution, and gray water removal for the entire performance period. The contractor shall deliver clean, sanitized, free-standing and fully operational shower trailers and equipment required for set up. All services shall be completed aboard USAG Fort Knox, KY 40121-57.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance is dependent on anticipated Hurricane season dates from 1 June 2023 through 30 November 2023.
