Shore Infrastructure Asset Management Support

This is to support the United States Coast Guard (CG) Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) in managing a $26B portfolio of real property assets using the principles of International Standards Organization (ISO) 55000 and within the framework of federal, Department of Homeland Security, and Coast Guard regulations and policies. The SILC is responsible for developing technical program policy, technical guidance, and managing the planning, acquisition, management and sustainment, and disposal of real property assets. SILC's business policies, business processes, and facilities must keep pace with mission changes, higher level policy changes, and regulatory changes to remain effective and support the day-to-day operations of the Coast Guard. Period of Performance 9/10/2023 through 9/9/2028.
