Background
Camp Stanley, located in Boerne, Texas, is a U.S. Army facility situated twenty miles northwest of San Antonio. It operates the Camp Stanley Storage Activity (CSSA) as an ordnance test, storage, and transfer facility, which is a sub-installation of the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant under the Joint Munitions Command.

The goal of this contract is to provide a reliable shop towel exchange service to support operations at CSSA.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to deliver 200 clean cloth-type shop towels weekly and pick up used shop towels at Building 210 located at Camp Stanley Storage Activity (CSSA).

The contractor is responsible for developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure that services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The QCP must include procedures to identify and prevent defective services and must be submitted for review within 20 days after contract award.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, with options for additional periods extending through January 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Camp Stanley Storage Activity, located at 25800 Ralph Fair Road, Boerne, TX 78015-4800, United States.
