The Massachusetts Air National Guard has a requirement for a Shop Towel Service. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, personnel, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform all operations to provide clean shop towels/rags and pick up used/dirty shop towels/rags as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 11 October 2024.

Background
The Massachusetts Air National Guard has a requirement for a Shop Towel Service. The mission of the agency is to maintain operational readiness and support the needs of its personnel. The goal of this contract is to provide clean shop towels/rags and manage the pick-up of used/dirty shop towels/rags as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 11 October 2024.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, personnel, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the following tasks:

- Initial drop-off of items including:
- 200 shop towels
- 40 each 20”x20” soaker pads
- 30 each 30”x36” soaker pads
- 30 each 36”x120” soaker pads.

Additionally, biweekly pick-up and drop-off services will include:
- 100 shop towels
- 20 each 20”x20” soaker pads
- 15 each 30”x36” soaker pads
- 15 each 36”x120” soaker pads.

There are also provisions for a six-month option period for biweekly pick-up/drop-off services with similar quantities as previously mentioned.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract will start on November 1, 2024, and continue through October 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, MA.
