This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is SV0118-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The North American Industry Classification System code is 316210 Footwear Manufactor. This requirement is un-restricted. Solicitation is issued as aONE-year, firm-fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with two - one-year options periods, for a total of three years (if the options are exercised).
