Description of Requirement

Janitorial Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) the frequencies identified in the PWS and Pricing Exhibit. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision transportation (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide janitorial and related services as described herein.

The contract will be awarded for one base year with 4 option years.
