The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to procure materials for the repair and overhaul of the Ship Service Turbine Generators (SSTGs) onboard three Virginia Class Submarines.

In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought notice (ID# N32253-22-R-0010) was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), sam.gov, from 13 May 2022 to 18 May 2022 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received no responses from industry indicating capability in performing the requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the Size Standard of 1,250 applies. Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship and Marine Equipment.

• The Offer must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions established in the Solicitation.
