Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) awarded this fixed price contract under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement.

This supply contract was awarded to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation Dba Northrop Grumman Marines Systems (NGMS) for repair and alteration on a Virginia class submarine. Competition was limited to NMGS, as they are the only source for this requirement. J&A 022001 further documents the rationale for other than full and open competition.
