General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, CT was awarded a $7,889,406 Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract, inclusive of one base year and four option years, for the operation, maintenance and protection of the Navy's floating dry dock, SHIPPINGPORT (ARDM-4).
