Background
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is responsible for providing industrial, engineering, technical, and contracting services for the maintenance and modernization of naval ships and craft. This contract aims to support the Shipboard Habitability Improvement Program by supplying Shipboard Lockers and Related Material at competitive prices.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of Shipboard Lockers and related materials as specified in the Statement of Work. The following specifications and standards are applicable:
- A-A-59473 Notice 1: Curtain, Track, and Suspension System, Berth (Naval Shipboard)
- ASTM A36-19: Standard Specification for Carbon Structural Steel
- ASTM A240-24: Stainless Steel Sheet
- ASTM A513-24: Standard Specification for Electric-Resistance-Welded Carbon and Alloy Steel Mechanical Tubing
- ASTM B209-21a: Standard Specification for Aluminum and Aluminum-Alloy Sheet and Plate
- ASTM B633-23: Zinc Electrodeposited Coatings on Iron/Steel.

The contractor must manufacture all items according to the invoked drawings, Pricing Schedule Line Item Descriptions, MIL-PRF-32038, and this Statement of Work. The total project ceiling for this contract will not exceed $8,000,000.00.

Period of Performance
The period of performance spans five years with an option for a six-month extension.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center located at 9727 Avionics Loop, BLDG LF-18, Norfolk VA 23511.
