Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) negotiated and awarded a sole source contract to L3 Harris Technologies, Inc., 90 Nemco Way, Ayer, MA 01432 for Design Agent Engineering Services for CVN, DDG, LSD, LPD, LHD, LHA, and LCS ship class Steering Control and Navigation Control Systems and Machinery Control Systems.

This procurement action was conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), L3 Harris Technologies, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort. The proposed award and resulting contract is for data conversion hardware equipment and associated components and supporting product technical manuals that meet the US Navy's requirements.
