Background
The Redding Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management California (BLM-CA) is seeking to acquire maintenance treatment for hazardous fuels in fire-prone areas. This project aims to manage 65 acres of resprouting hazardous fuels on BLM-administered public lands in the Shingletown area of Shasta County, California. The contract is part of the agency's mission to ensure public safety and environmental protection through effective land management practices.

Work Details
The contractor will perform herbicide maintenance treatment on 65 acres of resprouting hazardous fuels. The work must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated maps. Specific tasks include:

1) Application of herbicides to control invasive plant species;
2) Monitoring and assessment of treatment effectiveness;
3) Reporting on treatment outcomes;
4) Adhering to all safety and environmental regulations during operations.
