The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, 100% small business set-aside contract to procure:
Shifter Block, Pin Cotter, Brake Band, Brake Nut, Key Cres, Lock Nuit, Cap Screw, Washer, Plastic Shim, Spur Stem, and Spacer.
To be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, the procurement will be sourced together. Award will be based on lowest-price, technically acceptable.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.GOV.
The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 and DFARS Change Notice 20211230. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is for commercial items for which the Government intends to award a Single Award contract with Firm Fixed-price provisions, under the authority of FAR 13.
