Shelter Equipment Preventive Maintenance Services (SEPMS)   2

Background
The solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) requirement to provide all preventive maintenance services for shelter support equipment located in the 610th Command and Control Squadron shelters at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB). The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance services for equipment as listed in the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all preventive maintenance services for shelter support equipment located in the 610th Command and Control Squadron shelters at DMAFB. This includes providing all required preventive maintenance services for equipment, assessing site conditions, and notifying of any critical component omissions and recommended preventive maintenance tasks. The contractor shall also perform various preventive maintenance tasks for backup power systems, generators, automatic transfer switches, uninterruptable power supplies, computer room air conditioners, cooling towers, variable frequency drives, actuator valves, water pumps, pump motors, fuel polishing systems, fire systems, water softener systems, chemical treatment systems, and double-walled tanks and chemical pump feeders. The specific tasks are detailed in the Performance Work Statement.
