The tasks to be completed under the contract include shelf stocking, RSHA operations, and custodial tasks. The contractor is responsible for various aspects such as store operational hours/contractor working schedule, personnel management including employment of DeCA/Government personnel and training requirements, dress code compliance, quality control/quality assurance procedures, physical security measures, performance contingency plan in case of disruptions, custodial work schedule planning and conservation of utilities. The contractor is also responsible for reporting all contractor labor hours required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) via a secure data collection site.
