Shelf Stocking, Receiving/Storage/Holding Area (RSHA), and Custodial Operations for Schofield Barracks Commissary   3

In accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS), furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area, and custodial operations at the Schofield Barracks Commissary located near Wahiawa, Hawaii. The solicitation includes a base period (May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023) and four one-year option periods. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business Concerns as determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990, and the business size standard is $12.0 million. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from sam.gov on or about August 25, 2021.

SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit is tentatively scheduled for September 1, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. (local store time); however, the actual date will be annotated on section A of the solicitation, Information to Offerors, when the solicitation and its attachments are posted. Please verify requirements for access to the installation and commissary through the installation's visitor's requirement section.

Note: Base access is currently limited to authorized, mission essential personnel. If base restrictions are not lifted by the tentative site visit date the site-visit/pre-proposal conference will not be conducted. Facial masks may be required within the commissary.
