Background
The contract is issued by the MacDill Air Force Base (AFB) Commissary, which operates to provide food and non-food items to authorized patrons in a manner similar to commercial supermarkets.

The goal of this contract is to secure services for shelf stocking, custodial operations, and receiving/storage/holding area tasks at the commissary, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for furnishing all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, and other necessary items and services to perform the following tasks:

1. Shelf Stocking: This includes stocking shelves with products in accordance with specified procedures and maintaining inventory levels.

2. Receiving/Storage/Holding Area Operations: The contractor will manage the receiving of goods, organization of storage areas, and ensure proper handling of items within the holding area.

3. Custodial Services: This involves cleaning various areas within the commissary including floor maintenance, glass cleaning, trash removal, and sanitization of surfaces. Specific custodial tasks include cleaning under fixtures, maintaining restroom facilities, and ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards.

The contractor must also adhere to quality control measures and performance evaluation meetings as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The services will be performed at the MacDill AFB Commissary located at 2908 N. Boundary Blvd., Tampa, FL 33621-5009.
