Background
The 20th Contracting squadron at Shaw Air Force Base is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the repair and replacement of light bulbs and solar cells on aircraft sunshades. The purpose of this BPA is to enable the Government Purchase Card (GPC) to be utilized as the method of payment for the replacement and repair of light fixtures. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funds are available.

Work Details
The solicitation requests quotations for labor and materials related to the repair and replacement of industrial lightbulbs, ballasts, photocells, electric, and capacitors for aircraft sunshades during business hours (8:00-4:00 Monday - Friday) in accordance with the Statement of Objectives (SOO) dated 14 September 2023. The solicitation includes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) document incorporating an extension to the solicitation and quote due date, as well as a Q&A document for bidders. The response due date has been changed from 03 November 2023 to 09 November 2023.

The contract will be performed at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina.
