COMBINED SYNOPIS SOLICITATION FOR EXISTING LEASE LOCATION
VA is seeking to lease approximately 32,330 RSF/23,948 ABOA SF of existing clinical medical space in San Antonio, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient clinical needs for Veterans. The property shall include 120 on-site parking spaces.

Unique requirements:
A. 1st floor or 2nd floor with elevator.
B. Contiguous.
C. Onsite Parking.
Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area:
North: 1604 Loop
East: Blanco Road
South: Wurzbach Parkway/Wurzbach Road
West: Interstate 10
Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain.
Term: 10 years firm, as a full-service lease.
Expressions of Interest: VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit information via e-mail no later than 400 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on 08/26/2024 to:
