Line0003: Complete Shipping Door to Door must be Free on Board Destination (FOB) to: Department of Housing and Urban Development, Washington, D.C. 20410. The seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.

Line 0004: Schedule of Supplies/Services and Price: See Attachment (B)
