Amendment 5
Background
The solicitation is for a Shallow Draft Tanker under the TANKER TIME CHARTER (TANKTIME) by the MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. The contract will consist of the completed Standard Form (SF) 1449, Preamble, and Parts I through IX. The Charterer shall exercise due diligence to order the Vessel to safe berths or places and shall not be deemed to warrant the safety of any berth or place.
