SYNOPSIS:

NSN 4030-006788562, SHACKLE; WSIC: T; IQC: 1000194800; Issue Date: 3/31/25; Closing Date: 4/30/25.

This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period. This procurement will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. Certified Cost and Pricing Data are not required for this procurement. Surge does not apply to this procurement. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is an Army Critical Safety and Life Support Item. Export Control, Government FAT, and Government PLT applies.

SPRS apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 3/31/25 with a closing date of 4/30/25.
