Description

35th Contracting Squadron requires Traffic Safety equipment for 35th Security Fources Squadro0n, Misawa Air Base, Japan. Please see attached RFQ and Item Description and provide us a quote by deadline.

Offerors may use another format for submission of a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to make award to the responsible vendor whose offer responsive and conforming to our requirements in the item description stated on RFQ represents the best overall price to the Government.

The solicitation number is FA520524QB088. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information, not later than 0900 hours on 9 Sep 2024 (JST) / 2000 hours on 8 Sep 2024 (EST).

Background
The 35th Contracting Squadron at Misawa Air Base, Japan, is seeking to procure traffic safety equipment for the 35th Security Forces Squadron. The goal of this contract is to enhance safety measures through the provision of specified equipment. The solicitation number for this request is FA520524QB088.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items as detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ):

1. **Speed Awareness Trailer**
- Item #0001: Quantity: 2 EA
- Item #0002: Quantity: 2 EA

2. **Traffic Camera**
