SFS Interview Cameras

Background
The contract is issued by the Department of the Air Force, focusing on upgrading outdated camera systems in interview rooms to enhance the capability to accurately and efficiently capture interviews with victims, subjects, and witnesses.

The existing systems do not meet current operational, quality, or software standards, necessitating an upgrade to improve video and audio recording capabilities, user-friendly interface, secure data storage, and integration with modern evidence management systems.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to perform the following tasks:
- Remove existing camera and audio recording systems in Bldg 648 Room 125 and Bldg 646 Interview Room.
- Install new camera systems in both locations, including:
- High-definition video cameras with audio capture.
- Updated software platform for recording and data management.
- Network configuration and secure data transmission setup.
- Integration with existing infrastructure (where applicable).
- Ensure all components are installed to meet applicable safety and operational standards.
- Provide system testing and validation to confirm full functionality.
- Conduct end-user training on-site for personnel on system operation and data retrieval.
- Deliver supporting documentation including system manuals, configuration details, and warranty information.
