Description

The purpose of this amendment is for the following :

1. To notify prospective bidders regarding sharing of film script with only those bidders that would attend the pre-quotation conference in person to be held on August 13, 2025, at 10.30HRS, at American Embassy, New Delhi.

2. To extend the date of bid submission to August 20, 2025 . The quoter is required to convey their acceptance by completing Blocks 8 above and 15A, 15B and 15C below and including the signed SF-30 in their proposal submission.

3. Amend cover letter to reflect necessary changes.

Background
The Embassy of the United States of America in New Delhi is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Film Production and Deployment. The goal of this contract is to select a responsible company that can provide acceptable offers at the lowest price.

The Embassy intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, potentially without discussions, although discussions may occur with companies in the competitive range if necessary.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for film production and deployment services as outlined in the RFQ. Bidders must attend a pre-quotation conference to receive the film script, which will only be shared with those present.

Quotations must include completion of SF-1449, Section I Pricing, Section 5 Representations and Certifications, additional information as required in Section 3, and proof of registration. Proposals must be submitted electronically in specified formats (MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or PDF) and must not exceed 10 MB in size.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the American Embassy located in New Delhi.
