This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services in support of the Program Manager Special Programs (PMSP). The effort is being procured by the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted above no later than 14 days prior to proposal submission deadline.

1. CONTRACT INFORMATION:

The Natick Division intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for SETA services.

Solicitation W911QY-21-R-0014.
The estimated ceiling for this contract is $95M over five years.
This effort will be a Total Small Business set-aside.

Place of Performance: Multiple (CONUS and OCONUS)
The estimated duration is an Ordering Period of 5 years (60 months). The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein.

2. PROJECT INFORMATION:

The Contractor shall provide SETA Support Services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

Proposals are due no later than 17 March 2021 at 11:00am EDT.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code Engineering Services, 541330, Exception 4 for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons. ), The Small Business Size Standard is $41.5 Million.
