The purpose of this effort is to acquire Systems Engineering and Technical Support Services as required for the R&D, combat, and sustainment missions to support integration of air defense systems and rapid development of air defense systems for the Integrated Fires and Rapid Capabilities Office (IFRCO) in the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS).

Notable information: The IFRCO was formed as a result of a realignment within PEO MS to better align with the National Defense Strategy. The tasks in this opportunity primarily focus on IFRCO activities but may also be utilized to support transition programs to PEO MS. The contractor will need to establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility and have key personnel in place at the start of the contract. They will also need to comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as security requirements.
