Services to Move one (1 each) Agilent 6550 LC-MS Systems

Background
The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a need to procure Services to Move one (1 each) Agilent 6550 LC-MS Systems, composed of five (5 each) system modules listed in Table 1, from the current locations to a new laboratory and to Perform Post-Move Preventative Maintenance (PM) and installation qualification/ operational qualification (IQ/OQ) for these systems and performance verification.

Work Details
The LC-MS system modules that shall be moved and have post-move PM and (IQ/OQ) are listed in Table 1.

The destination for this system shall be in the same building where they are currently housed and shall be one floor above the current location. The moving distance between the original location and the destination is approximately 200 feet. The Vendor shall indicate if the minimum requirements have been met to be considered responsive for this requirement. The Contractor shall organize the project with specific steps and tasks, including verification of performance before the move, powering off, deinstalling, packaging, moving, reinstalling, powering on, performing preventative maintenances (PM), installation and operational qualification (IQ/OQ), providing all documentation and reports for PM and IQ/OQ. All pricing shall be inclusive of labor, travel, and PM replacement parts. The maintenance activities shall be performed following the OEM specifications, manuals, and service bulletins using OEM-certified replacement parts, components, and subassemblies.
