The following have been modified:

1. To remove the following from Addendum 52.212-1, and clause 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items:

• Subfactor 1: Master craftsmen/craftswoman (Handwerksmeister*innen) certification)
• SubFactor 3: Written Confirmation

1. To extend the offer due date from, 17 Aug 2021 11:30 A.M CEST to 25 Aug 2021 11:30 A.M. CEST.
2. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.

The following have been modified:

1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the offer due date from, 05 Aug 2021 11:30 A.M CEST to 17 Aug 2021 11:30 A.M. CEST.
2. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intends to issue a solicitation for a commercial service contract, Single Award, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for USAG Bavaria. The objective of this requirement is to provide complete and full maintenance within pre-inspections to obtain technical safety certifications provided by an appointed technical inspection organization (e.g. T V or DEKRA) of pressure systems/compressors/tanks. Within the USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels and Garmisch), Germany.

This requirement will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis pursuant to the award evaluation criteria stated in FAR clause 52.212-2.in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Germany.

The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 60 (sixty) days, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award.

FIRMS INTERESTED IN IN SUBMITTING QUOTES MUST: COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam.
