Services of Overhead Doors at Fort Hood Installation   2

Background
This acquisition is for a non-personal services contract to provide facility maintenance services at Fort Hood, Texas.

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center Huntsville is issuing this contract to ensure the operation, preventative maintenance (PM), and corrective maintenance (CM) of various types of doors at the installation, which aligns with their mission to maintain operational readiness and support facility management.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide PM and CM services for approximately 136 automatic doors, 3,375 overhead doors (including some hangers), and commercial doors.

Services include:
- Operation of doors
- Preventative maintenance (PM) to ensure functionality and compliance with all applicable codes, criteria, regulations, and laws
- Corrective maintenance (CM) on demand as issues arise

All work must be performed in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws at Fort Hood, which encompasses the Main Cantonment, West Fort Hood, and all areas under Fort Hood's control considered Real Property.
