The 45th Contracting Squadron is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice to define level of interest and obtain industry input with respect to an anticipated Fumigation Services requirement at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result. The Air force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Any future solicitation, including statement of work and attachments, may be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www/fbo.gov/). Interested Parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates and/or amendments.

The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested businesses that are capable of performing the type of work described within the Statement of Work and Attachments 1 through 7. The requirement would will result in a firm-fixed price, commercial services contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code proposed for the requirement is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, with a size standard of $11M. All interested parties are invited to respond and must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov).

The government is particularly interested in recent responses from 8(a) Small Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Veteran, Service Disabled Veteran Owned or Woman Owned Small Businesses.

The Government requests all interested parties submit a brief description of their company's status (i.e. 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, small business), cage code, POC information and a description of similar services offered to or previously performed for the Government and/or to commercial customers. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision.
