General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Pool 1 Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Contract Holders: This request for proposal (RFP) is to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Services Development (SD) Directorate's requirement for Program Support Services. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an IDIQ contractor for any costs. This procurement is being conducted as an exception to "fair opportunity" requirements pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(F) as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside. Please indicate whether your company intends or does not intend to submit a proposal. Your intent should be submitted via email to Samantha Kelly, Contracting Officer (KO), at samantha.a.kelly8.civ@mail.mil and Jeffrey Lopez, Contract Specialist, at jeffrey.m.lopez5.civ@mail.mil. The subject line of the email should read "SD Program Support 612000012 Notice of Intent." Please include your company name and GSA OASIS IDIQ contract number for Pool 1 in the email. Your company's expression of intent is not binding, but will assist in planning for proposal evaluation. Award will be made to the Offeror whose proposal is determined to represent the overall best value to the Government using a best value tradeoff evaluation process. The objective of this requirement is to obtain expertise and comprehensive acquisition, program management, and business office support to the following DISA SD Program Offices: (a) Business Systems (SD2); (b) Enterprise Wide Services (SD3); (c) Command and Control (C2) Portfolio (SD4); which consists of (d) Global Command and Control SystemJoint (GCCS-J); (f) Global Combat Support System-Joint (GCSS-J); (G) Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES). The Contractor shall have specialized program management, acquisition, and knowledge management expertise. The scope of this order is to provide services and support to the Government in the following task areas: Task Area 1: Acquisition and Contract Management Support Task Area 2: Continuity Management Support (Optional) Task Area 3: Information Resources Support Task Area 4: Program Management Support Task Area 5: Integrated Master Scheduling Support
