Description

The 771st Enterprise Sourcing Squadron awarded a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp. for ServiceNow Software License. This acquisition was awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or service are unique or highly specialized. The Limited-Source Justification was applied under the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) BPA to the single authorized IT service provider capable of meeting this requirement. This delivery order is a new award to Carahsoft, contract # FA8003-23-F-0024. This award notice includes a redacted version of this justification for informational purposes only.
