ServiceNow Licensing

Background
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) has an immediate need for ServiceNow Licenses to support approximately 1,900 users, including 300 contractors, across 81 offices in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).

Carahsoft Technologies has been identified as the sole source capable of fulfilling this requirement due to their status as the only authorized Government reseller of ServiceNow products. The decision to utilize the 2GIT BPA 7QTCA21A000R was made after careful consideration of client requirements and market research, indicating that only Carahsoft can meet the agency's needs in a timely manner.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of ServiceNow Licenses for software and product maintenance. The licenses will be integrated into the existing ServiceNow platform, which necessitates using only ServiceNow brand licenses due to proprietary compatibility issues.

Carahsoft Technologies will also provide on-site field support at specified CONUS and OCONUS locations. The estimated value of this procurement is implied to be significant given the scale of users and locations involved.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at HHS OIG sites across 81 offices throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and at various Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.
